Comprehensive Network Solutions, Inc. (CNS) is a Texas domiciled corporation with offices located at 12400 Highway 71 West, Suite 350-428, Austin, TX 78738. Incorporated since 2002, the corporation is registered with the Texas Secretary of State.
The mission of CNS, from its inception, has been to provide innovative services that enhance and support quality chiropractic care. With this single focus, the company has been able to serve over 5,000 families and 15,000 members with affordable access to chiropractic care while respecting the cornerstone of health care, the doctor-patient relationship.
CNS will continue to expand its products to more markets as the need arises. Currently, CNS serves markets in Texas, Mississippi, Kansas and Louisiana.
